2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
3/4 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
Flat wooden or metal skewers (optional)

-
To a large bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned above along with 1 pack of Anchan's Seekh kebab spice mix. Combine all ingredients well using your hand or a spoon.
-
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
-
If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
-
Wet your hands with water, take a small ball size mixture and form a shape of kebab or flatten to disc shaped patty or insert onto a skewer and form sausage like shape around the skewers.
-
Place the kebab's on the barbecue and cook by turning the kebab's regularly until slightly browned on all sides and cooked through.

Alternatively, you can cook the kebab's in a pan. Add some oil to a non stick frying pan, once the oil is moderately hot add the kebab's to the pan and cook for 6 mins by turning the kebabs every couple of minutes until meat is cooked through and browned all sides.
